OxySerums ensures the purity and quality of our serums. Customers may request a product return or exchange due to allergy, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received by OxySerums before the refund or exchange is processed.
OxySerums has a 45 day right to return policy from the date of purchase. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement.
